Para este Tour, es necesario tomar una vía alterna para ir al Valle Sagrado de los Inkas, esta vía nos conduce hacia Chinchero, donde existe un bonito Centro Arqueológico junto a una antigua Plaza Colonial, también en este lugar podremos ver hermosos andenes, concluida la visita, proseguimos hacia el poblado de Maras, donde veremos el arte de sus portadas talladas en Piedra, para luego dirigirnos hacia un lugar de experimentación agrícola llamado Moray.
Podremos apreciar toda la belleza del lugar desde un mirador y si desean haremos una caminata para ver mas de cerca los andenes circulares, concluida la visita enrumbaremos hacia el ultimo lugar de visita, las Salineras de Maras, lugar donde se extrae sal pero de manera artesanal como se hacía hace muchos años.
Chinchero/ Moray/ Salineras
For this tour, it’s necessary to take an alternative route to the Sacred Valley of the Incas. This route takes us to Chinchero, where there’s a beautiful Archaeological Center next to an old Colonial Plaza. We’ll also see beautiful terraces here. After the visit, we continue to the town of Maras, where we’ll see the art of its stone-carved doorways, and then head to an agricultural experimentation site called Moray.
We’ll appreciate the beauty of the place from a viewpoint, and if you wish, we’ll take a walk to see the circular terraces up close. After the visit, we’ll head to the last place, the Maras Salt Mines, a place where salt is extracted artisanally, as it was done many years ago.
